Ever since we came back from Singapore, I have noticed a change in little Mia.
Not only is she happier, she's also easily entertained and can be left alone for short periods of time as I buzz around the house. While other babies cry upon waking up, she's usually playing quietly when she's awake in the morning. And when you finally greet her, she will greet you with the biggest smile.
And while I used to dread our Fridays cos that was the day when I was home alone, now it's a day that I look forward to.
I love getting up knowing that I don't have to get ready for work. I love getting up knowing that I can snuggle with Ian in bed reading before we wake Mia up. I love going out with both Mia and Ian, even if it's just a walk in the park or to the playground, because they are both my precious happy babies.
Granted I appreciate our Fridays more now since I am back at work, but with happy babies like these, who won't be a proud mama?
